Important Notice for Using the ACH130
This is a notification regarding your boarding of the ACH130 provided by NOT A GARAGE.
Arrival
Please arrive at the heliport at least 20 minutes before your departure time.
Parking may not be available. Please come by taxi or public transportation.

Baggage
You may bring one large item of baggage (such as a suitcase) per person.
In total, approximately four small suitcases and three medium suitcases can be loaded.
Small: up to 115 cm in total dimensions (sum of the three sides; approx. 30–45 liters); Medium: up to 160 cm in total dimensions (approx. 60–75 liters).
Items longer than 1 m, such as golf bags or surfboards, cannot be brought on board as they are difficult to load into the cargo hold. If necessary, please arrange to ship such items in advance by mail or a similar service.
If the combined weight of passengers and baggage exceeds 450 kg, we may be unable to operate the flight.

Flight Cancellations due to Weather and Other Conditions
Flights may be unavoidably cancelled due to bad weather or similar reasons. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
The final decision on whether the flight will operate will be notified via the app by 6:00 PM on the day before the flight.
The decision on whether a flight can operate is made by the pilot after considering a range of information and conditions. Even in clear weather, a flight may be deemed not operable if safety standards are not met due to low clouds, strong winds, or similar factors.
In the event that a booking is modified based on the Company's assessment of weather conditions, it will result in a cancellation free of charge or a date adjustment. We will subsequently arrange the alternative dates.

If you cannot arrive by the meeting time
In the event that adjustments are difficult to make due to significant delays or other factors, we may shorten the flight time or cancel the flight.We kindly ask for your understanding.
Food and Drink Onboard
Beverages: You may enjoy drinks, including alcohol, but only if they are in containers with a secure lid.
Food: You are welcome to eat on board; however, please refrain from bringing foods with strong odors.
About Smoking On Board
Smoking is not permitted under any circumstances.
