The destination, departure point, departure date and time, and other itinerary details of this tour are based primarily on the information shown on the relevant tour screen in the app, and may change depending on the weather conditions, flight route, and other factors on the day of operation. The final itinerary will be determined based on the operating conditions on the day of the flight.
Travel Price Payable by the Traveler
The travel price for this tour is based primarily on the amount shown on the relevant tour screen in the app, and may vary depending on the weather conditions, flight route, actual flight time, and other factors on the day of operation. The final travel price will be determined after the tour ends, based on the actual flight time.
Method of Collecting the Travel Price Payable by the Traveler
Payment shall be made through the NOT A HOTEL app or by direct debit from your bank account. As stated above, the travel price is determined after the tour ends according to the actual flight time, and will be billed via the app once determined. After billing, please make payment by the due date stated on the invoice notified through the app (30 days from the billing date). A receipt will be issued once payment is completed.
Method of Application and Formation of the Contract
Applications are made by submitting a booking request in the app. The contract is concluded when notice of our acceptance of the booking request reaches the traveler.
Changes to and Cancellation of the Contract
For matters concerning changes to and cancellation of the contract, please refer to Chapters 3 and 4 of the Standard Travel Agency Terms and Conditions (Package Tour Contract Section).
Liability, Disclaimer, and Compensation for Damages During the Tour
For matters concerning liability, disclaimer, and compensation for damages during the tour, please refer to Chapter 7 of the Standard Travel Agency Terms and Conditions (Package Tour Contract Section) and the attached Rules of Special Compensation.
Accompaniment by a Licensed Guide Interpreter
No National Government Licensed Guide Interpreter or Regional Guide Interpreter will accompany the tour.
Protection of Personal Information
We comply with the "JATA / ANTA Guidelines for the Handling of Personal Information."
Base Date for Travel Conditions
The base date for the travel conditions is the date on which the booking request is submitted.
Minimum Number of Participants
The tour will not be operated if the number of participants falls below the minimum of 1 person.
