About the Discount Ticket
What is a Discount Ticket?
At NOT A HOTEL, we accept experiential stays at a discounted price of 30% OFF, limited to introductions from Owners.
You can issue a URL for a discount ticket from the Application and gift it to your friends or acquaintances.
How to Use Discount Tickets
Operations by the Introducting Party (Owner)
1. Select your owned house from the Application.
2. Select "Gift a Discount Ticket" from the gift selection.
3. Issue a ticket and share the URL by your preferred method.
*Owners of pre-opening houses can also issue discount tickets by selecting the pre-opening house card from "MY HOUSE" and performing the same operation.
Operations by the Introduced Party (Guest)
1. Tap the shared URL.
2. If the user does not have a NOT A HOTEL Application account, download the Application and register an account.
3. The Application will launch, and proceed with the procedure from the displayed booking screen.
Basic Rules
Eligibility for Use
Persons eligible to issue discount tickets: All Owners
Persons eligible to make a booking using discount tickets: Only guests introduced by the Owner may use the tickets.
*Owners are not permitted to use discount tickets.
Regarding Houses Available for Booking
Guests who have been introduced may book houses operated by NOT A HOTEL.
*NASU THINK / ISHIGAKI / SETOUCHI are excluded from the targets of booking.
*Some houses may not be booked, such as during the priority booking period exclusively for the Owner.
Regarding the Maximum Number of Times for Issuance and Use
There is no limit to the number of times a ticket can be issued.
However, there is a limit to the number of times a ticket can be used.

Less than 30 nights | Up to 5 times |
In addition, when the number of times a ticket can be used reaches the maximum limit, "All tickets have been used" will be displayed on the booking screen, and no further bookings can be made.
Method for Counting the Number of Times of Use
One count will be made for each booking that uses a discount ticket (1 booking = 1 count, regardless of the number of nights of stay).
If a booking is cancelled, the corresponding count will become invalid, and the number of times available for use will be restored.
Regarding the Expiration Date
The expiration date of the ticket is 180 days from the date of issuance.
The bookable period allows for bookings to be made up to a maximum of 90 days in advance.
Other Matters
The number of nights owned by the Owner will not be reduced by the issuance or use of discount tickets.
Payment for service charges, such as meals (Other Expenses), will be billed via the Application to the guests who stayed.
