Destination and Itinerary: To be provided separately. The date of implementation shall be the reference date for the travel conditions.
Consideration and method of payment: To be provided separately. Payment will be made via the NOT A HOTEL app.

Travel-related expenses not included in the consideration that travelers ordinarily need to bear: If applicable, details will be provided separately.
Application method and matters concerning the conclusion of the contract:
Applications are accepted via the concierge in the NOT A HOTEL app. The travel contract is concluded when we accept the conclusion of the contract and receive the application deposit. If no deposit is specified, the contract is concluded when the notice of acceptance of the contract reaches the traveler.
Changes to and termination of the contract:
Please refer to Chapters 3 and 4 of the Standard Terms and Conditions for Travel Business (Section on Arranged tour contract).
Liability, exemptions, and compensation for damage during travel:
Please refer to Chapter 6 and the Special Compensation Regulations of the Standard Terms and Conditions for Travel Business (Section on Arranged tour contract).
