About the wine storage service
This is a wine storage service exclusively for the SUNREEF Owner.
The Owner may store their own wine in the cellar of the CLUB HOUSE in SETOUCHI and retrieve it as necessary.

Eligible Users: SUNREEF Owner only (Family sharing and Invited Guest are excluded)
Number of bottles that can be deposited: Up to 20 bottles per person
Deposit Methods: Two types, "Direct Carry-in" and "Shipping"
*Shipping costs shall be borne by the Owner.
1. Access Wine Management from the SUNREEF House Card.
2. Tap Deposit.
3. Read the terms of use and tap Agree to Terms of Use and Proceed.
4. After agreement, the shelf number and a 3-digit unlocking code will be displayed.
1. Open Wine Management from MY GARAGE and tap Deposit.
Select the deposit method (Direct Carry-in / Ship).
Enter the number of wine bottles to be deposited (up to 20 bottles).
In the case of Direct Carry-in, select the scheduled date and time (from the following day onwards, 10:00–18:00).
Review the precautions, check the box, and tap Confirm.
The completion screen will display the destination information (for shipping) or the carry-in location information.
When visiting the CLUB HOUSE, please inform the service staff directly.
A staff member will accompany and guide you to the cellar.
If you wish to retrieve wine from the cellar during your stay at the House, please be advised that we may not be able to accommodate requests depending on the time of day.
We recommend that you retrieve your wine at the CLUB HOUSE in advance.
Furthermore, please understand that even if the request can be accommodated, it may take approximately one (1) hour for delivery.
*The number of deposited bottles cannot be confirmed through the Application. Please contact the concierge.
Please request the withdrawal (shipping) of wine via chat to the concierge.
