Fees for Mutual Use

You will be charged the difference between the room rate at the NOT A HOTEL you own and that at the reciprocal location.

However, if the room rate is lower than that of your NOT A HOTEL, there is no charge.

Optional services and food and beverage during your stay will be charged separately.
