How to pay self-usage and other fees per stay
The pay-as-you-go feature allows NOT A HOTEL owners to settle personal usage fees, reciprocal use differences, and cancellation fees directly through the app for each stay, rather than waiting for the scheduled direct debit.
Please note that this feature is not available for UMITO owners or members utilizing the family sharing function.

The following three types of expenses are eligible for per-use payment:
Personal usage fees
Mutual use difference*1
Cancellation fees*2
*1 Not applicable when UMITO is the destination of mutual use.
*2 Only applicable to partial cancellation fees incurred due to schedule changes.
You can set up per-use payment at the time of reservation confirmation or after the reservation has been made.
After the reservation, it can be set up until the time of checkout. Please configure it from the reservation details screen.
Please note that if you make any schedule changes after confirming the reservation, the per-use payment setting will be automatically cancelled.
1.Please open the relevant reservation screen and select If you wish to pay the usage fees for this stay after checkout, you can set it here located in the number of nights section.
2.Follow the on-screen instructions and select Set Up
If you wish to cancel the per-use payment setting, please do so from the reservation details screen before checkout.
1.Open the relevant reservation details screen and select Change under Per-use payment for usage fees has been set.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions and select Cancel Setting
You can pay personal usage fees and mutual use fees together with meal charges and other expenses through the app.
After checkout, a charge will be issued within the app, so please make your payment using a credit card or Apple Pay.
1. Open the relevant reservation details screen and select Make a Payment
2. Make your payment using a credit card or Apple Pay.
Per-use payment amounts are excluded from the income and expense report.
Total amounts and breakdowns can be confirmed in the usage statement.
Receipts can be issued after the app payment is completed.
*Personal usage fees and mutual use differences are included under "Usage Fees / Meal Charges (10%)" in the statement.
*Cancellation fees are included under "Cancellation Fees" in the statement.
Any personal usage fees settled through the pay-as-you-go feature will be excluded from your scheduled settlement.
Please rest assured that you will not be subject to any duplicate billing.
