I forgot the PIN code or number of my closet （locker）
You can check your closet PIN code / number with the key in the app after check-in.
If you would like to check your closet PIN code or number, please check the following instructions.
Check the Closet's Passcode
Select the key from the application. Select Show closet codes. The closet code will be displayed.
If you are unable to unlock the door, please contact us through the concierge of the application.
