I want to know how to register information about my companions
In accordance with the Hotel Business Act, registration of your companions' addresses and other information is required.
You can complete the procedure using one of the following methods.
While the registered guest information will not be displayed in the app, please rest assured that we will have access to your information after registration.
When registering the accommodation information of your companions, the app will open a web browser.
You can enter information for multiple people consecutively, and close the web browser when you want to finish.
If you want to request accommodation information from your companions, you can share the link by tapping "Request from the person" in the upper right corner of the registered person's information.
When a companion receives a request for guest information, they can register the guest information just like the person who made the reservation.
The companion can also enter information for other companions (family members, etc.).
If a companion receives the key share and their membership information does not include the necessary guest information, they will be prompted to register the information via the app.
If the guest information is already complete at the time of key sharing, further registration is not required.
