About International Hotel Exchange services(NOT A HOTEL ABROAD)
Just as you would seamlessly travel between our domestic locations, you may now use your stay credits to experience a curated selection of properties overseas. This exclusive benefit is available to owners holding a minimum of 20 nights.
Service Overview
Eligible Owners | Owners holding a total of 20 or more nights. |
Stay Credits Granted | Owners with 20 nights: 4 nights per year. Owners with 30 nights: 6 nights per year. EX Grade Owners: 30 nights per year. |
Redemption Seasons | High Season |
How to Book | Reservations can be made through the Owner App. |
Period of Use | Available for 10 years following the opening of each owned house. |

Please see below for how to make a reservation for International Hotel Exchange
1.Tap Search on the app.
2.In the tabs shown at the top right, switch to Abroad.
3.Select your desired area and tap Search.
4.Select the hotel you want to use, then choose Request Reservation.
5.You’ll be taken to a dedicated chat screen—please let us know your preferred dates and times.
6.International house exchange is available only to owners whose total owned-house nights are 20 nights or more.
