Tap "Search" on the home screen of the app.
Select "For Overseas Reciprocal Use" displayed at the bottom of the screen.
Choose the desired hotel and select "Reservation Request."
You will be directed to a dedicated chat screen where you can provide your preferred date and time.
Please note that overseas reciprocal use is a service available only to owners with a total of 30 nights or more of stays at owned houses.
