I would like to inquire about the PRE-STAY benefits (formerly known as the Early Purchase Benefit)
The PRE-STAY benefit (formerly the Early Purchase Benefit) is a privilege for Owners who have purchased a house prior to its opening, allowing them to stay at already opened houses at a 50% discount from the standard price during the period until the opening of their own house.

You may stay at a 50% discount from the standard price.
＜Eligible Persons＞
Owners of houses prior to opening. *Owners utilizing the Associate Owner System are not eligible.
＜Available Houses for Accommodation＞
NOT A HOTEL properties that are already open.

Houses within 3 months of opening
UMITO (Affiliated hotels)
*The FL grade is available only to Owners of the same grade or higher.

＜Booking Period＞
Reservations can be made up to a maximum of 90 days in advance.
◼︎Reservation Method
You may make a reservation through the Owner Application.
Step 1: Tap the owned house card from the Home on the home screen.
Step 2: Tap the book button.
Step 3: Tap book with PRE-STAY benefits.
Step 4: Select your desired house and complete the reservation.
