NOT A HOTEL CLUB HOUSE is a facility accessible exclusively* to those who meet certain criteria, such as being an owner of NOT A HOTEL or a holder of MEMBERSHIP X.
* Some types of use are available to guests.

About CLUB HOUSE HIROO
Owner and MEMBERSHIP X holders only
Number of guests: Limited to 1 group per day (~6 people)
Use: Private lounge and bar

10:00-24:00 (check-in time is until 23:00)
Available in 1-hour increments

Up to 21:00 on the day of use
Same-day reservations are available from as little as 15 minutes later
Facility Rental Fees (tax included)
NOT A HOTEL owner: 3,300 yen/hour
MEMBERSHIP X owner members: 3,300 yen/hour
Items in the convenience store are available for a fee.
Notes on the use of the facilities:
The use of the facilities is unattended when there is no meal use.
Please unlock the door by yourself via the NOT A HOTEL app.
A charge of 6,050 yen per bottle (including tax and service charge) will be incurred for wine brought in during meal use.
Please note that smoking is not allowed in the facility and pets are not allowed.
50% of the facility usage fee will be charged for cancellations made the day before the event, and 100% for cancellations made on the day of the event.
Loud music may disturb neighbors, so please be considerate.
Use of the facility for commercial purposes is prohibited.

Important Notes for Use
A corkage fee of ¥6,050 per bottle (tax and service charge included) will be applied for bringing your own wine during meal times.

Facility usage fee: Free
Seating (up to 12 people): 21,780 yen/person, drink charges are separate, minimum charge 181,500 yen
Standing (13-50 people): (Reference price) 9,680 yen/person, drink charges are separate, minimum charge 363,000 yen ※The amount and contents of meals can be discussed according to the number of people and budget.
Notes for use:
Do not use the facility without the presence of the NOT A HOTEL owner or MEMBERSHIP X member.
