NOT A HOTEL CLUB HOUSE is a facility available to those who meet certain conditions,
such as Owners of NOT A HOTEL or holders of MEMBERSHIP X.
*Some usage categories may also be available to General Guests.

About CLUB HOUSE HIROO
Exclusive to Owners and MEMBERSHIP X Holders
Available Capacity: Limited to one group per day (up to 6 people)
Purpose: Private Lounge & Bar
Available Hours:
10:00–24:00 (Check-in available until 23:00)
Available in one-hour increments
Reservation Deadline:
Until 21:00 on the day of use
Reservations available as early as 15 minutes before use
Facility Usage Fee (Tax Included):
Owners of NOT A HOTEL: ¥3,300/hour
MEMBERSHIP X Members: ¥3,300/hour
Items in the in-house convenience store are charged separately
Important Notes:
If meals are not included, the facility is operated without staff.
Guests must unlock the facility themselves via the NOT A HOTEL app.
Bringing your own wine during meals incurs a corkage fee of ¥6,050 per bottle (tax and service included).
Please note the facility is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
Cancellations made one day prior will incur a 50% cancellation fee; same-day cancellations will be charged 100%.
Please avoid loud music to prevent disturbing neighbors.
Use for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

Standard Occupancy: 2 guests (Maximum Occupancy: 2 guests)
Children sharing beds: Up to 2 allowed
Usage Hours: Check-in from 15:00 / Check-out by 11:00

Dinner Course: ¥26,620 per person (tax and service included)
Breakfast: ¥6,050 per person (tax and service included)

Available Hours: 17:00–23:00 (Last meal start time: 19:30)
Facility Usage Fee: Free
Seated (up to 12 people): ¥21,780 per person (excluding drinks), minimum charge: ¥181,500
Standing (13–50 people): (Reference price) ¥9,680 per person (excluding drinks), minimum charge: ¥363,000 *Pricing and menu content are negotiable based on number of guests and budget.
