I would like to know how to use the Profit and Loss Report Sharing Function.

By inviting someone as a member, individuals other than the Owner can also view and download the Profit and Loss Reports.
※In this article, the person sending the invitation is referred to as the "Owner," and the person receiving the invitation is referred to as the "Member."
※Please also refer to the NOT A HOTEL Guide - Profit and Loss Report Sharing."
1. Tap Share from the Profit and Loss Report section on My Page.
2. Issue an invitation code (URL).
3. Share the issued invitation code via your preferred method. *Note: The invitation code is valid for 7 days.
1. Tap Share from the Profit and Loss Report section on My Page.
2. Select the member you wish to remove from sharing.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to revoke sharing.
Up to 5 people can be shared.
Until the sharing is revoked, the Member can view all Profit and Loss Reports associated with the Owner who shared them.
1. Open the message received from the Owner and tap Receive NOT A HOTEL Invitation Code.
2. Review the details and follow the on-screen instructions to accept the invitation.
※User registration for the NOT A HOTEL app is required.
1. Log in to the Web Browser Version of the App. https://app.notahotel.com/login
2. View and download reports from Shared Profit and Loss Reports on My Page.
※The "Shared Profit and Loss Reports" menu is only available via the web browser version.
