I would like to know the basic rules for the Gift.
The Owner of NOT A HOTEL can present accommodation as a Gift to friends and acquaintances.
The basic rules for the Gift are as follows:

Owners of NOT A HOTEL can gift stays to friends and acquaintances.
The right to House Exchange cannot be gifted. You can only gift the house of which you are the Owner.
You cannot select the semester for the number of gifted days. Stays will be gifted starting from those with the shortest expiration dates.
Stays will be consumed from the semester in which the dates are specified.
If there is a Usable Days Shortage for the semester in which the dates are specified, stays will be gifted from the next semester.
*Please note that once either a stay gift or a date gift is issued, the stays will be treated as consumed; therefore, the Owner cannot cancel a gift once it has been issued, regardless of whether or not the recipient utilizes it.
Gifts are subject to a deadline for receipt, a period for available bookings, and an expiration date, which vary depending on the number of stays held.
Gifts presented by an Owner of NOT A HOTEL must be received and booked by yourself.

*Please note that the earliest bookable date for presenting dates as a Gift is from 2 days later.
*The Gift will expire if it is not received by the expiration date for receipt.
Invited Guests will be billed through the Application.

For both date gifts and stay gifts, if a cancellation is made prior to the dates when the cancellation policy becomes applicable, the stays will be returned to the Invited Guest as a stay gift.
