1.Direct debit or bank transfer for the Target Hotel Half Year settlement (October and April) and the annual settlement (April)
October and April are the months for the Target Hotel Half Year settlement and the annual settlement. In these instances, a direct debit or bank transfer will occur separately from the Monthly Management Cost etc.
Half Year settlement (October and April)：
Depending on the results of the Target Hotel Half Year settlement, a direct debit or bank transfer will occur separately from the Monthly Management Cost etc.
※In the case of a Trust Beneficiary Interest agreement, trust dividends for the half-year will be paid by the trustee (trust company) separately from the NOT A HOTEL Target Hotel Half Year settlement.
Annual settlement (Only for those under the Associate Owner System or Agreement on a Loan for Use)：
In addition to the above Target Hotel Half Year settlement, an annual settlement for the "Associate Owner Membership Fee" or Monthly Management Cost held by the company will be conducted in April. For this as well, a direct debit or bank transfer will occur separately from the Monthly Management Cost etc.
