Cancellation Policy of NOT A HOTEL

At NOT A HOTEL, a cancellation policy is in place to ensure that everyone can use it with peace of mind.

If you cancel a confirmed reservation, cancellation fees may apply based on the accommodation date, regardless of the type of usage (personal use, gift use, mutual use, guest use).

Cancellation policy for general customers

The following cancellation policy applies to customers using NOT A HOTEL.

*For the breakdown of accommodation charges, please refer to the "Annex 1 Breakdown of Accommodation Charges (related to Article 2, Paragraph 1 and Article 12, Paragraph 1)" in the NOT A HOTEL Accommodation Terms

* This policy also applies when the owner uses the property as a guest and for NFT MEMBER X holders.

The following cancellation policy applies to the owner of NOT A HOTEL.

*CLUB HOUSE Overnight stays are also eligible.
*This policy also applies to partner hotel owners. (Please note that additional charges follow a separate policy.)
*In the case of a mutual use prior to the opening date, 100% of the rental fee of the mutual use will be charged separately for same-day cancellations and no-shows.
