At NOT A HOTEL, a cancellation policy is in place to ensure that everyone can use it with peace of mind.

If you cancel a confirmed reservation, cancellation fees may apply based on the accommodation date, regardless of the type of usage (personal use, gift use, mutual use, guest use).

For customers using NOT A HOTEL, the following cancellation policy applies.
