Expenses incurred during the stay

The expenses associated with your stay at NOT A HOTEL are as follows:

These fees are incurred when nights are consumed for personal use, House exchange, or gifted stays.

Please note that under certain specific contracts, no personal usage fees are incurred, and the Monthly Management Fee is a fixed, non-refundable payment.

This charge applies when the house used through reciprocal exchange is of a higher grade than the one you own.

A cancellation fee may be charged even without cancelling the reservation, depending on changes made to the booking dates.

These expenses are not paid at the time of each stay; instead, they are settled during semi-annual or annual periodic settlements by offsetting them against rental income (hotel revenue) or deposits.

However, if you enable the pay-as-you-go setting at the time of booking, you can settle your payment via the app after checkout. In this case, these charges will be excluded from the periodic settlement.

Please note that if the reservation itself is canceled, the pay-as-you-go setting will be automatically deactivated.
