I would like to inquire regarding the Rate for the Self-Use.
Rate for the Self-Use
The Rate for the Self-Use refers to the fees incurred when consuming the allotted number of nights.
This occurs when nights are consumed through "Self-Use" to stay at an owned house, "House Exchange" to stay at a different house, or "Gift" to present nights to others.
The amount per night for these instances shall be the Rate set for each High Day and Standard Day.
Method of Payment
The Rate for the Self-Use shall be incurred upon each stay; however, it is not required to be paid on each occasion.
In principle, these shall be settled collectively at the timing of the periodic settlement conducted once every Target Hotel Half Year or One (1) Target Hotel Year.
Regarding Substantial Financial Burden
In the periodic settlement, "Trilateral Set-off and appropriation" shall be conducted in accordance with the rules tailored to the type of contract as follows.
Therefore, in principle, no substantial financial burden (cash-out) such as the Owner separately bearing accommodation expenses will occur.
In the case of a Lease Agreement: Settlements shall be conducted once every Target Hotel Half Year by offsetting the Estate Profit (rent) against the Rate for the Self-Use.
In the case of an Agreement on a Loan for Use: Settlements shall be conducted once every One (1) Target Hotel Year by appropriating from the Monthly Management Cost etc. held in advance as a deposit, and any surplus of the Monthly Management Cost etc. shall be refunded.
Regarding the Selection of Payment upon Each Use
In the event that you wish to complete payment on the spot without waiting for the periodic settlement, the function for payment upon each use is available for your convenience.
The charges will be invoiced via the Application along with meal expenses and other costs at the time of the Day of Check-out, and payment may be made by credit card or other methods.
Naturally, any amounts paid through payment upon each use will be excluded from the calculations during the periodic settlement; therefore, duplicate billing will not occur.
