How to use bike sharing service.
At NOT A HOTEL FUKUOKA, we offer a rental service for shared bikes (bicycles) exclusively for guests. As the number of bikes is limited, please inquire early.

You can request a shared bike reservation from the concierge.
Contact the concierge through the app and let him/her know that you want to use a shared bike
If it's available, the operator will send you an application form
Fill out the necessary information on the application form and submit it
Once the application is confirmed, your reservation will be complete* *If by any chance the slots are filled up just before your reservation, we will contact you via chat
Usage Hours
Feel free to use the bike between 9:00 and 19:00 on the day of rental.
When using, please go to the 1st floor and let the staff know that you have a reservation.
(If you want to use it before check-in, please inform the concierge in advance)

Notes on Usage
You will be responsible for the storage and management of the rental bike, including daily inspections and maintenance, during the rental period.
Return Method
Please return the bike on time.
*We will provide return instructions via chat when you make the reservation
Excess Charges
If you need to change your plans or if you won't be able to return the bike on time, please contact us in advance via chat on the NOT A HOTEL app for approval. If the bike is not returned by the scheduled time without permission, we may charge excess fees.
In the Event of Violations or Accidents During Use
Obligation to Pay Fines for Illegal Parking
If you commit a parking violation regarding the bike-sharing vehicle during the rental period, as stipulated by the Road Traffic Act, you will be required to report to the police station with jurisdiction over the area where the parking violation occurred and bear the expenses associated with moving, storing, and retrieving the bike.
In Case of an Accident
If an accident occurs, immediately stop driving and follow these steps:
1) Provide first aid to any injured person
2) Report the accident to the police
3) Contact the emergency contact through the NOT A HOTEL app
