At NOT A HOTEL AOSHIMA, FUKUOKA, and KITAKARUIZAWA, share bikes (bicycles) exclusively for General Guests and Owners are available.
As quantities are limited, please contact us at your earliest convenience.

You can request a shared bike reservation from the concierge.
Contact the concierge through the app and let him/her know that you want to use a shared bike
If it's available, the operator will send you an application form
Fill out the necessary information on the application form and submit it
Once the application is confirmed, your reservation will be complete
*If by any chance the slots are filled up just before your reservation, we will contact you via chat

Rental Method
When you wish to use the service, please come to the designated location and inform the staff that you would like to start using it or that you have a reservation.
Regarding the details, we will contact you via chat at the time of application.

Return Method
When the return time arrives, please return it to the designated location.
Details regarding the return method and return location will be provided via chat at the time of application.
Overtime Charges
If you change your schedule or cannot make it by the return time, please contact us via the chat in the NOT A HOTEL Application in advance and obtain approval.
If the item is not returned by the scheduled time without prior notice, overtime charges may apply.
Precautions for Use
During the rental period, the customer shall be the administrator of the rental vehicle, which includes securing a storage location and performing daily inspection and maintenance.
In the Event of Violations or Accidents During Use
Obligation to Pay Penalties for Illegal Parking
If the customer commits a parking violation as prescribed by the Road Traffic Act regarding the bike-sharing vehicle during the rental period, the customer must report to the police station having jurisdiction over the area where the parking violation was committed, and bear various expenses such as bike movement, storage, and collection associated with the parking violation.
In the Event of an Accident
In the unlikely event that an accident occurs, stop driving immediately and be sure to take the steps below.
