How to use NACs in payments
NOT A HOTEL COIN (NAC) issued by NOT A HOTEL DAO can be used to pay for incidental expenses such as meal options and car rental.
Before using the service: It is necessary to link your account with GMO Coin.

1. Open the app and check your invoice
Once you have received the information on the payment of ancillary charges, you can check it by following these steps.
Launch the NOT A HOTEL app and,
1. Tap the ‘Concierge’ button at the bottom of the screen.
2. Tap ‘Notices’ on the screen displayed to check the billing that needs to be paid.
3. Confirm the billing details and tap on it.
Next, scroll down to the accommodation details displayed and press ‘Make payment’.

2. Payment procedures using NAC.
Tap the Payment section on the screen that appears and select Credit Card.
*Apple Pay and NAC payments cannot be used together. Those who plan to pay a partial amount by NAC will need to pay the remaining amount by credit card. Even if you plan to pay the full amount by NAC, please select ‘Credit card’ once in the payment section.

Tap the Use NAC section. If you then want to use the NAC for payment, select either ‘Use the full amount’ or ‘Use part of the amount’.
Use the full amount: select ‘Use the full amount’ if you want to use the full number of NACs you have against the invoice amount.
Partial use: select ‘Partial use’ if you want to use only part of the number of NACs you have against the invoice amount.

If the full amount is used
Select "Use the full amount."
Press the "Set" button, and if there are no issues with the details, tap "Make payment."
A confirmation screen will appear. Please review the details and press "Confirm transfer details."

After pressing "Confirm transfer details," press "Receive two-factor authentication code" via SMS.
Enter the two-factor authentication code you received and press "Send."
Once the "Thank you!" screen is displayed, the payment is complete.

For partial use
*You will need to have your credit card ready as Apple Pay and NAC cannot be used together.
Select ‘Partially use’ and enter the yen equivalent of the NAC you wish to use for the payment.
After entering the amount, press the ‘Set’ button. Afterwards, select or add a new credit card to be used for the remaining payment and tap ‘Make payment’.

When errors occur with conversion rate updates
After tapping ‘Make payment’, an error message will be displayed if a rate update is required. Please select the amount to be spent again and proceed with the procedure.

Steps to rate confirmation and payment completion
After the rate calculation has been performed and if there are no problems, GMO Coin's ‘Confirm details sent’ screen will be displayed; press ‘Receive 2-step verification code’ via SMS, enter the 2-step verification code received and press ‘Send’. When the payment process is complete, the ‘Thank you!’ screen will be displayed.

3. confirm payment details
Once payment has been made, return to the home screen and confirm the payment details. This completes the entire payment procedure.
