I want to know how to link my Coincheck account
To use NOT A HOTEL COIN services (Stay Lending, THE DOOR, and NAC Payments), you need to link your NOT A HOTEL app with a crypto asset exchange account. This guide explains how to link your Coincheck account for first-time users.
Before you begin
You can link only one exchange at a time. If you are currently linked with GMO Coin, please unlink it first (see "If you want to unlink your account" at the end of this article).
A passkey is required to link with Coincheck. If you have not registered one yet, you can register it during the linking process.
The link will be automatically removed after a certain period of time. If this happens, please link your account again using the same steps (an automatic unlink does not remove you from THE DOOR lottery).
1. Preparation: NOT A HOTEL user registration and a Coincheck account
The NOT A HOTEL user registration method differs depending on your device. Please register using the link below that matches your device.
iOS users: Please register via the NOT A HOTEL app.
Android users: Please register via the NOT A HOTEL app.
We also recommend opening a Coincheck account (identity verification required) and registering a passkey in advance for a smoother linking process.
2. Open the NOT A HOTEL app
Once your user registration is complete, tap the My Page button at the bottom right of the screen. Then tap NOT A HOTEL DAO in the "NOT A HOTEL DAO" section of My Page.
3. Start linking with Coincheck
If you have not linked an exchange account, the message "To use NOT A HOTEL COIN (NAC), you need to open an account and link it" will appear at the top of the screen. Press the Link button next to it and select Coincheck.
A confirmation screen will appear. Press Continue (on iPhone, a sign-in confirmation will follow; press Continue again).
4. Log in to Coincheck and allow the link
When the Coincheck login screen appears, log in with your passkey (if you have not registered a passkey, log in with your email address and password, then follow the on-screen instructions to register one). After you log in successfully, a confirmation screen for sharing your information will appear. Please review the details and tap Agree.
5. Confirm that the link is complete
When the message "Coincheck linking is complete" appears, press OK. Your account is now linked. Please check the displayed NAC amount to confirm that the link has been completed.
6. How to use the services
Once your Coincheck account is linked, you can use each NOT A HOTEL COIN service. When sending NAC, you will authenticate with your Coincheck passkey (no SMS verification code is required). For detailed steps, please refer to the following articles.
7. If you want to unlink your account
Go to My Page > NOT A HOTEL DAO and tap Unlink account at the bottom of the screen. Unlinking will not affect the NAC in your exchange account, NAC currently being lent, or stay rights you have already acquired.
