I want to change the number of guests.
You can change the number of guests (adults, children, and pets) for your reservation from the reservation details in the app, up until 17:00 the day before check-in.
1. Select Key from the app.
2. Select the relevant reservation and select View Reservation Details.
3. Select Change on the right side of Number of Guests.
4. Select the updated number of guests and select Next.
5. Review the quantity of meals and options, then select Change.
*Please note that in certain cases, such as when a change in the number of guests requires adjusting meal arrangements, the Concierge will need to verify if the change can be accommodated.

Changes after 17:00 the day before check-in
Reservations made through external sites (such as Ikkyu.com, Expedia, etc.)
