At NOT A HOTEL, we strive to ensure that our guests can enjoy their meals with peace of mind by taking all possible precautions.

If you have any concerns regarding ingredients or preparation methods, we will do our best to accommodate them within reasonable limits, provided you notify us in advance. Please provide detailed information about any accompanying guests in the allergy section when making your reservation.

However, as our kitchen handles various ingredients and shares cooking utensils and equipment, it is difficult to completely eliminate trace amounts of allergens.
We appreciate your understanding that we are unable to provide specialized allergy accommodations equivalent to those of a medical institution.

For your safety, guests with severe allergies are advised to make dining decisions based on their own health conditions and the instructions of their primary care physician.
