I would like to know how to set and cancel the waiting list.

Please check the following method for how to set the waiting list from the Application or Website.
Waiting list is a function available only for Self-Use and House Exchange and family sharing members by the Owner of NOT A HOTEL.
Set the waiting list
For Self-use
Select the house you want to book from the app.
Select Set Cancel Notification at the bottom of the calendar page.
Please select the dates for which you wish to receive cancel notifications from the calendar, following the instructions on the screen.

Details of the cancel notification settings can be confirmed from Notification Settings under Cancel Notification Settings in My Page.

If the House or dates for which the cancel notification has been set become available, a notification will be sent via push notification on the Application or by email; therefore, please make a booking through the Application.

For House Exchange
1. Select your desired location from the "Search" section of the app.
2. Select a tentative date (you cannot select your preferred date, so please tentatively choose an available date).
3. Select the house you wish to use for reciprocal use.
4. Select "Enjoy reciprocal use".
5. Select the house you wish to rent.
6. A calendar will be displayed. Press "Clear" in the upper right corner, and "Select Cancel Notification" will appear at the bottom.
The same procedure applies to family sharing members for both Self-use and House Exchange use.
Cancel the waiting list

Select My Page from the Application.
Select Cancel for the relevant date from Cancel Notification Settings.

Please note that if you cancel the waiting list once, no further notifications will be sent.

Important Matters

Even if a cancellation occurs for the Target Hotel for which the cancel notification has been set, a booking slot will not be automatically secured. Please make a booking again through the Application.
Since a simultaneous notification will be sent to everyone on the waiting list, please make your booking as soon as possible after receiving the notification. Please understand that bookings are handled on a first-come, first-served basis, and the slot may already be filled.
Settings for push notifications and email notifications are available. Please configure these in advance via Notification Settings in My Page within the Application.
If you have registered for a waiting list for consecutive nights, no notification will be sent even if a vacancy occurs for only some of the dates.
There is no limit to the number of times you can join the waiting list.
In the case of Self-Use, settings cannot be made if the number of usable days held is zero. For House Exchange, settings can be made regardless of the number of usable days held.
UMITO is excluded from the waiting list function.
