NOT A HOTEL CLUB HOUSE is a facility available to those who meet specific criteria, such as Owners of NOT A HOTEL or holders of MEMBERSHIP X.
*Certain usage categories are also available to General Guests.

About CLUB HOUSE HIROO
Exclusively for the Owner and MEMBERSHIP X holders
Capacity：Limited to 1 group per day (up to 6 persons)
Purpose：Private Lounge & Bar
Usable hours
10:00-24:00 (Check-in until 23:00)
Available in units of 1 hour
Possible Booking Time
Until 21:00 on the day of use
Bookings available from a minimum of 15 minutes in advance
Facility usage fees (Including Tax)
Owner of NOT A HOTEL: 3,300 yen/h
MEMBERSHIP X holding member: 3,300 yen/h
Items in the convenience store are subject to additional charges
Precautions for use：
Facility use without dining services will be unstaffed.
The user must unlock the facility themselves via the NOT A HOTEL Application.
For wine brought in during dining, a corkage fee of 6,050 yen per bottle (Including Tax and service charge) will be charged.
Please note in advance that the facility is non-smoking and pets are not permitted.

Please be considerate regarding loud music as it may cause a disturbance to neighbors.
Commercial use is prohibited.

Precautions for Use：
NOT A HOTEL owners and MEMBERSHIP X holders must be present. Please refrain from using the facility if the member is not in attendance.
