2. Our concierge will contact you through the chat to confirm availability for your requested schedule.
3. Your reservation is officially confirmed once you receive our confirmation message.
4. We will then provide a form to collect passenger details, which must be completed prior to your boarding.

2. Our concierge will review your request and contact you via the app.
3. Your reservation will then be confirmed.
Boarding process
1. Please proceed to the meeting point specified in your booking confirmation.
2. Sign any required documentation as requested by the staff.
3. Follow the instructions of the staff to begin your boarding.
