Check-in/Check-out

Check-in is at 5 PM, and check-out is at 11 PM.

As this facility is not a smart home, our service staff will unlock the entrance for you. Please contact us via chat upon your arrival.

To check out, select the reservation card you wish to check out from within the app's key feature and follow the prompts. Payment instructions for your stay will be provided in the app after the final bill is settled.

Using the House's Convenience Store

An unmanned convenience store is available within the house, stocked with daily necessities and light meals, including drinks and wine.

No need for immediate payment. The cost will be combined with other expenses and settled after check-out.

Early Check-in

For Children

Children's Cutlery

Based on the ages of the children provided at the time of reservation, appropriate cutlery will be prepared in the house. Availability is limited, so we may not be able to accommodate all requests.

Children's Meals

NOT A HOTEL offers a children's menu. When adding breakfast or dinner through the app, meals for children aged 7-12 will be automatically included. The number of meals can be adjusted.

Notes:

Guests aged 13 and older are charged adult rates.
