NOT A HOTEL CLUB HOUSE HIROO Quick Guide for Usage

To stay at NOT A HOTEL, you will need to use the app or website, so please make sure to bring your smartphone with you during your stay.

Please select the items of interest from the table of contents and check them before your stay.

Check-in/Check-out

Available hours are from 12:00 to 24:00.
Check-in will be available from the time selected at the time of the booking.
At the available check-in time, you can perform check-in and unlock the entrance door by operating the Key Screen within the NOT A HOTEL Application or Website.
After check-in is completed, all available keys within the house will be displayed on the Key Screen. The door will unlock when you press the Unlock button for the key you wish to unlock.
 *An authentication code will be displayed when you select Show Code.
 *The key can also be unlocked by selecting Unlock Door Lock on the intercom near the entrance and entering the authentication code.
 *Please ensure that you complete the check-in procedures for both the TABLE and MEETING ROOM when using them as connecting rooms.
 *The keys are auto-locking.

After entering the building, you can move to the designated floor by entering the passcode into the numeric keypad inside the elevator. The passcode is displayed on the Key within the NOT A HOTEL Application or Website.

For check-out, please select the booking card you wish to check out from within the Key in the Application, and then select Check-out.

Facilities
House Equipment Operations

You can set the indoor environment and operate the equipment using the iPad installed in the house.
There are no switches to operate the equipment in the house, so please use the iPad.
For detailed instructions, refer to the How to operate the equipment inside the facility .

Home Appliances

Since they vary by house, please check the house AMENITIES information in the app using the following steps

1. From Find in the app, select the house you want to know about amenities.
2. Check the details of the selected house. Confirm the appliance information in AMENITIES .

Kitchenware

HIROO TABLE (3F) is fully equipped with basic cooking utensils, tableware, and cutlery.
Regarding HIROO MEETING ROOM (4F), only glasses are provided.
Please note in advance that cooking utensils, tableware, and cutlery are not provided.
If you have any questions, please contact us via chat through the concierge function.

House Convenience Store

The house has an unmanned convenience store stocked with daily necessities and light meals.
We offer drinks, food, dry items, daily necessities, and apparel.

The cost will be settled along with other charges after check-out.

We also provide complimentary coffee beans, tea, and openers.
Please feel free to use them.

Meals

You can check your reserved meals through the app.

Meal Menu Add your dinner menu preferences through the app or notify us via the concierge chat function. Check the provided menu available at each location .
 *Menus differ by place.
Reservation Acceptance Reservation deadlines vary by menu. Please check from your desired menu.
Meals are permitted only when using HIROO TABLE (3F) individually or when using it as a connecting room with HIROO MEETING ROOM (4F).
When using HIROO MEETING ROOM (4F) individually, please refrain from bringing in meals, including catering.
 *Tableware and cutlery are not provided in HIROO MEETING ROOM (4F).
 *You may bring your own beverages (glassware is provided).

Children’s cutlery

We will prepare these according to the age entered at booking.
Please note that availability is limited.

Children’s Meals

NOT A HOTEL offers children's menus.
When adding breakfast or dinner via the app, meals for children aged 7-12 will be automatically included for the number of staying guests. *The number can be adjusted.
For fees, please check.


For meals for children under 6, which cannot be ordered via the app, we can accommodate requests. Please contact us via the concierge chat function after booking.

Important Notes

Guests aged 13 and older are considered adults.
Baby food is not provided.
