Regarding the NAC payment for management fees

This is a service that allows you to pay the monthly management fees and related charges using NAC (NOT A HOTEL COIN), our proprietary cryptocurrency.
By making a lump-sum advance payment of the management fees in NAC—either up to September of the current year or up to March of the following year—the management fees will then be automatically deducted each month from your NAC balance.

Only the following items are eligible for payment in NAC.

Please select your preferred payment period from the options listed below.
Application period: September 1 to the end of February
First half: Management fees for the first half of the fiscal year (April to September).
Annual: Management fees for the entire fiscal year (April to March of the following year).
Application period: March 1 to August 31
Second half: Management fees for the second half of the fiscal year (October to March of the following year).
Service Start Date
Payments via NAC will take effect starting from the monthly settlement date (the 27th of each month) following the month of your application.

To apply for NAC payment, prior integration with GMO Coin is required.

Make a Lump-Sum Advance Payment in NAC
At the time of lump-sum payment, the NAC price is provisionally calculated as "1 NAC = ¥1,000".
Monthly Settlement
On the 27th of each month, the management fees will be automatically paid from your pre-paid NAC balance.
The NAC price at the time of monthly settlement will be calculated based on a designated rule to reflect the market value.※
Settlement
If a discrepancy arises between the pre-paid NAC amount and the amount at the time of settlement due to an increase in NAC value, the surplus NAC will be returned to your GMO Coin account.
Furthermore, should the monthly payment amount change during your stay due to factors such as a house opening, any resulting shortfall in the pre-paid NAC will be settled via bank transfer in Japanese Yen.
Optional Renewal
Applications for NAC payments are processed on a term-by-term basis. Upon completion of the term, NAC payments will automatically expire and your payment method will revert to bank transfer. Should you wish to continue using NAC for your payments, we kindly ask that you submit a new application.
※ About the Price Calculation Rule for Monthly Settlement
The price is calculated based on the simple moving average of daily prices over the past 30 days, using the monthly settlement date as the reference point.
1 NAC = (Closing price on the 26th + Closing price on the 25th + Closing price on the 24th + ...) / 30
If the NAC price at the time of settlement falls below 1 NAC = ¥1,000, it will be calculated as 1 NAC = ¥1,000.
This special discount policy may be revised in the future depending on conditions such as the implementation of an IEO.
Step 1. Select Payment Period and Agree to Terms
On the app’s My Page, tap “Advance Payment of Management Fees with NAC.”
Select the applicable house and tap “Prepay with NAC.”
Choose the period for lump-sum NAC payment and check the box to agree to the special provisions for payments with NOT A HOTEL COIN.
Tap “Make Payment.”
Step 2. Complete the Application by Making a Lump-Sum Payment
Tap “Send NAC.”
You will be redirected to the GMO Coin screen. Enter the authentication code and send the NAC.
