When attempting to receive a gift or key share, the App Store may open despite having the app installed.
When opening shared links for keys or gifts from NOT A HOTEL through messaging or email apps, the App Store may open despite the app being installed.
Here is the solution for such instances:
1. Open the intermediate screen
When accessing the shared link, an intermediate screen will be displayed.
Long-press the "Open" button to bring up a menu.
The response will differ based on whether the menu includes the option to open with "NOT A HOTEL."
2-1. If the menu includes the option to open with "NOT A HOTEL" when long-pressing the "Open" button
Select "Open with NOT A HOTEL."
2-2. If the menu does not include the option to open with "NOT A HOTEL" when long-pressing the "Open" button:
Copy the shared link.
Open Safari and paste the copied link to access it.
If the App Store opens automatically, return to Safari without taking any action.
Long-press the "Open" button and select "Open with NOT A HOTEL."
