If you accidentally damage or soil any items or facilities within the house, please promptly inform our service staff or the concierge through the app.
*We have liability insurance for our guests. In the unlikely event that we request compensation, you may use this insurance. If the insurance is applied, you will be responsible for a deductible of 1,000 yen. We will provide detailed information and instructions at the time of your report.
