Flow from Reservation to Use
How to reserve
Heliport reservations can be requested via chat.
Please apply as early as possible to confirm availability on the day of your visit.
Please let us know that you would like to use the heliport through the chat on the application.
If the heliport is available, our operator will send you the documents to apply to the Civil Aviation Authority.
Please submit the application documents to the charter company you plan to use.
Our staff will pick you up at the heliport at your arrival time on the day of use.
*Please make your own helicopter reservations.

User Guide
Hours of Use
Takeoffs and landings are permitted from sunrise to sunset on the day of use.
Takeoffs and landings at night are not available due to the lack of lights.
Usage fee (including tax and service tax)
The fee includes each takeoff/landing + one-way transfer to/from the house (10 minutes). *

*If you use the service once for arrival and once for departure, the total usage fee will be charged for two times.

Precautions for use
Please note that takeoffs and landings are timed. Please note that some places may not be available until the last minute, so it may take some time to be informed of your arrival time.
Takeoff and landing routes are subject to change. Please check with the operator for details.
Depending on the schedules of the parties involved and reservation congestion, we may not be able to meet your request.
If there are reservations from other users before or after your parking, it may not be possible to accommodate your parking request.
If a reservation is made by another user during your parking period, you may be asked to relocate.
MINAKAMI utilizes a public heliport; therefore, in cases where emergency operations such as doctor helicopters are required, takeoff and landing at your desired time may not be possible.
Customers are responsible for making their own arrangements for helicopter charters with the operator or other parties.
The method of operation, departure and arrival of the helicopter, as well as the time of day, is subject to the limitations of each location and is subject to the hotel's guidance.
The hotel will not be liable for any damage incurred by the helicopter during operation, take-off, landing, or parking.
